Coach D in Your Pocket is an AI assistant that answers flag football coaching questions using Coach D's own material. This policy describes what the app stores, who can see it and how to delete it.

What we collect

You sign in with your PlayBuilder account. PlayBuilder confirms your email and password; this app keeps your name, email address and account role, and does not store your PlayBuilder password. It also stores every question you ask and every answer the assistant gives, the ratings you give answers, how many answers you have received, whether you have a plan and until when, any workshop codes you redeem, and timestamps and technical usage data such as response times and answer length.

Where it is stored

On a private server, in a database that is not publicly reachable.

Who can see your conversations

Coach D and the app's administrators can read all conversations, including yours. This is how answers are reviewed and improved. The developer who maintains the app also has technical access to the server and database.

Who else processes it

To answer you, your question and relevant excerpts from Coach D's material are sent to Anthropic, which operates the AI model. Searching the material also sends your question to Voyage AI. Play diagrams shown in answers come from PlayBuilder. Video links open YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, under those services' own privacy policies.

Deleting your chat history

You can delete your chat history at any time in the app: open Chats and choose Delete my chat history. This permanently removes all your conversations and the ratings attached to them.

Your account record is kept: your name, email, role, plan status and the number of answers you have received. It is tied to your PlayBuilder account, and keeping it is what lets your plan and your free-answer allowance carry over. To have the account record removed as well, use the contact below. Your PlayBuilder account itself is managed at playbuilderwithcoachd.com.

Free answers, plans and payments

Every account gets a number of free answers. After that, a plan is needed to keep asking. Plans are purchased outside the app; the app does not take payments or store payment details, and only records on your account that a plan is active. Workshop codes add extra answers for a limited time.

Analytics and cookies

There are no analytics or advertising trackers. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Children

The app is intended for adult coaches. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
